TO SLOW DOWN THE RATE OF WATER FREEZING:
a) Dissolve sugar in the water (it’s a proven scientific fact!)
b) Use bowls that are deep rather than wide and place them in a sunny spot.
c) Avoid using metal bowls
e) Warm up the water before serving it
f) Use heated bowls (if you have access to an electrical outlet) – see the following
