AT THIS WORKSHOP WE WILL:

CUT THE DUROFOAM PIECES THAT WILL LINE THE SHELTER

Tools used:  Sharpies (marker); utility knife

  • Trace the “templates” onto large sheets of Durofoam.
  • “Templates” are pre-cut cardboard/wooden pieces of the sides/ends/bottom/tops that will fit into the plastic tote
  • Use a utility knife to cut the pieces traced onto the Durofoam
  • Requires a steady hand and a good eye.

Tools used:  Utility knife or scissors; Duct Tape

  • Place the bottom, sides, and end pieces of Durofoam into the plastic totes
  • Using Duct Tape, tape the pieces of Durofoam into the plastic tote.
  • Requires a steady hand, attention to detail
